The main part of the house
offers visitors a choice of 6 rooms, located on the second, third and
4th floors of the house. All rooms include wireless Internet access and
TV with cable.
Guest rooms located on the
second floor include the Chocolate Room and the Slate Room. Each room
has a private bath, decorative fireplace and extra accommodations for
up to 4 guests in either room.
Guest rooms located on the third floor include the Master Suite and the Suede Room. Each of these rooms is furnished with a Queen sized bed and private bath.
Guest Rooms located on the fourth floor include the Yellow and Grey Rooms. Each of these rooms is furnished with a single Queen sized bed. These 2 rooms share a hall bath. This floor also includes a sitting room common for the home. This floor can also reserved as a suite including both bedrooms, the bath and sitting room. This suite would be the entire floor. As a suite, there are accommodations for up to 6 (both sofa's open to full sized beds)
The Furnished Apartment is located on the lower level of the house. Typical to Washington DC home construction, this is generally referred to as an English Basement or Garden Apartment. The apartment has it's own private entrance from the front or rear. Accommodations in the apartment for up to 3 guests include a Queen bed in the bedroom, and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
